Shipping Information:

Our bracelets are handcrafted just for you after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping, though it will likely be much quicker.

We ship USPS First Class for all orders at this time and ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii

Expedited shipping and international shipping requests can be made by emailing us at austinbraceletco@gmail.com

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 on all orders under $100.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts if applicable) with code FREESHIP100

Returns:

We hope that you love your bracelets as much as we loved designing and creating them for you! If you need to return a bracelet for any reason please email us at austinbraceletco@gmail.com to request a return authorization. 

All returns, exchanges and resizing requests much be made within 10 days of date of delivery. Bracelets must be returned unworn and in original and unaltered condition.

If you need to exchange bracelets we will charge or refund for the difference in price plus additional shipping costs. If a refund is requested we will refund the amount paid for the bracelets less original shipping cost.

Our bracelets are made to last but if your breaks for some reason please contact us right away, we will do our best to help you.
